Advanced Construction Planning : We placed steel support plates into the sub-floor and into the top of the stair wall to support the weight and torsional force deflection of the railings.  We also embedded steel support plates into the walls that recieved the end of the railing runs.  The use of these structural supports keep the railings from wobbling and becoming week over the course of time.  They also fortify the overall structural integrity of the railing system.
