We understand: Sometimes you really need technology.  But, more often than not, the simple solutions often work out to be the best and most pragmatic.  They are usually quick to implement and achieve big results.

We have experience working in factories all over the world: and have found that simple improvements in the manufacturing process, using mobile carts tuned for a unique production line, jigs, workstations or special tooling can achieve significant results.  Many of the factories that we are not able to visit on a day-to-day basis in countries like China, Thailand and the Philippines solve relatively complicated problems using labor before using technology, because labor is cheap in those counties.  So technology is not always the best answer

Simple & Pragmatic: Clearly, there is something to be said for the effectiveness of these factory methods. Therefore, a little help or improvement in the tooling, workstations or manufacturing apparatuses used can achieve big results without breaking the bank.

Welding and years of experience with metals goes hand-in-hand.  Metals move, potentially warp and/or distort under heat.  Understanding how metals move and adjust under heat is not a text book operation.
