Must convey a clean modern but warm industrial look while maintaining respect for the
budget that can not afford expensive materials
The total design must be able to be disassembled or expanded upon easily if the space is
out gown or needs to be reconfigured if the space were to be expanded upon.
The over all Aesthetic must convey the look of a creative space with a strong architectural /
engineering influences while still maintaining some references the warm feelings of a "down
town" residential converted loft space.

This staircase is in an industrial space and was required to be: functional, strong and durable while being aesthetically pleasing. The staircase and the platform that it rises to gave this industrial space and additional 250 square feet of usable space while increasing the efficiency and usiblilty of the remaining space.
